| I hand carved this barrette out of Satinwood (Chloroxylon swietenia) from Sri-Lanka, a wood known for its brilliant yellow color and lovely figure that shimmers and shines beautifully in the light. I then inlaid a handmade disc of rare Pink Ivory wood into the center to showcase the beautiful ultra feminine pink Cameo in a lovely and detailed gold plated setting that is the centerpiece for this barrette.
The barrette has a Pony-Tail Style clip so it will not flatten your hair when you pull it back into a pony tail. The spring in the clip is self adjusting too so will work very well for all hair types. Great for thick hair too! It's 2 3/8 inches across and 1 3/8 inches deep. The clip measures 2 inches straight length and is 1 1/4 inch deep.
