| Here's a simple, elegant and feminine design. The focal point for this hairstick is the beautiful and wonderfully detailed hand-carved light peach aventurine rose with wonderful depth, detail, and color. It's nestled into a vermeil (14 karat gold over sterling silver) bead cap and a lovely peach Swarovski round in a complementary vermeil bead cap completes this original hair stick design.
I individually hand turned this hair stick from Mahogany with wonderful color and figure. Quality mahogany is getting harder and harder to find but I am lucky enough to have a stash or extremely high quality old growth mahogany with excellent color and figure I have saved from my boat building days many years ago. This hairstick measures 6 3/8" inches long from base to tip (a good length for most hair types). |
