This barrette was handcrafted from Tulipwood and is a size Extra Large. You can see a sample picture of this wood above and below. Please note that your barrette may vary slightly from the picture as each piece of wood is unique and all of our barrettes are individually handcrafted.Our medium barrettes work well to pull back a section of normal thickness hair or all of fine hair. They measure approximately 3" long with a 70mm or 2 3/4" long clip.
Tulipwood is from Brazil it's a lovely wood with a Pinky to yellowish base and striking stripes of rose and salmon. It has a pleasant odor when freshly cut - it smells a bit like flowers :) |
