This barrette was handcrafted from Tulipwood and is a size Extra Large. You can see a sample picture of this wood above and below. Please note that your barrette may vary slightly from the picture as each piece of wood is unique and all of our barrettes are individually handcrafted. It measures approximately 3 3/4" long with a 80mm or 3 1/4" long clip. The most commonly used barrette size, our Large barrettes will work well for most hair types.
Tulipwood is from Brazil it's a lovely wood with a Pinky to yellowish base and striking stripes of rose and salmon. It has a pleasant odor when freshly cut - it smells a bit like flowers :) |
