These hair sticks were hand carved out of the finest quality, musical instrument grade, jet-black Ebony (Diospyros crassiflora) from Africa.

Ebony, famous for its rich jet-black color, has been used in the finest furniture and musical instrument making for centuries. It's one of the world's most prized and expensive hardwoods! At just over 6 1/2" inches in length, this hair stick set is a good size for most hair types.
