Pink Ivory - no, not the tusk from a pink elephant, :) but a beautiful wood from from Mozambique, Africa. Pink Ivory, with its watermelon pink coloring and lovely grain figure, is extremely rare and very difficult to find. It's called "the royal wood of the Zulus" because of its importance in local customs.
This barrette is 3 3/4" long on a 3 1/2" inch long clip (a size - medium) and will work well for most hair types.
